2. Initiate Claim and assist in completing the Claim forms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We will submit the Claim forms to your LTC insurance Carrier.
\n3. Our Nurse experts will advocate to the LTC insurance Representative<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We will ensure the Claims process is expeditiously and accurately completed.
\n4. Accept Assignment of Benefits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We will submit Caregiver Time sheets and Invoices to LTC insurance.<\/p>\n
